Overview
Luo Dazuo (played by Lin Yongjian) finally met the love of his life, Tan Liming, when he reached middle age. The two quickly fell in love and entered the palace of marriage hand in hand. Unexpectedly, not long after receiving the certificate, Tan Liming died in a car accident. Before Luo Dazuo could get out of the shadow of grief, he was forced to take on the responsibility of raising Tan Liming's two children. Ren Xiaoman (played by Myolie Wu) is Tan Liming's lawyer. She always thought that Dazuo Luo was a "white face" and scorned him. It turns out that Tan Liming left a large inheritance abroad, but he could not withdraw it because the account password was missing. Not only that, Tan Liming's imprisoned ex-husband Kangcheng was released after serving his sentence, and he was ambitious and tried every means to get this inheritance. In order to defend the interests of Tan Liming's two children, Luo Dazuo risked his life and embarked on the battlefield without gunpowder.
