Overview
Derman Özersoy, a successful general surgeon, divorced his wife, who could not handle the responsibilities of marriage, many years ago and settled in America and continued his work there. As a result of an invisible accident he experienced in Istanbul, where he was invited for the surgery of a famous businessman, he realizes that the country's health system is not at the level he expected and thinks, "Why am I staying in America when the country is in such a situation?" And with a shocking decision, he decides to stay in Istanbul. Following this decision, Surgeon Derman received offers from many private hospitals but preferred to work in a public hospital. He is not yet aware that he has to make more effort than he expected.
