Overview
During the war, Taichi (Ryo Katsuji), a student who aims to become a veterinarian, is entrusted with the care of a dog named Alma by a neighbor's child (Kato Seishiro). However, as food shortages worsen, Taichi has no choice but to send Alma to a military dog training facility. Alma, who is known for her athletic ability, is sent to the battlefield in mainland China as a "military dog." Taichi stands still as he sees the crying child.
