ViacomCBS-owned UK terrestrial Channel 5 is rebooting healthy-eating format You Are What You Eat, which originally aired on rival network Channel 4.Red Arrow Studios-backed UK prodco CPL Productions is working on a 6×60' reboot of the show, fronted by talkshow host Trisha Goddard.In the format, a team of experts as motivate two unhealthy eaters to change their lifestyles and become the healthiest versions of themselves.In the revamped version, the experts will not simply be looking at weight loss, but also factors including sleep and anxiety, to determine a healthy lifestyle.
