For nearly 20 years, Eugene Gurkin (Eugene Gurkin) has dreamed of opening a bar, but the income he receives from janitorial job is hardly enough to fund an expensive bottle of booze. After a co-worker's death and an episode of television, Eugene had an epiphany. Following the idea he has, Eugene recruits a group who will work together to pull of a heist in order to fund their dreams. Their target: Mick Jagger's posh Central Park apartment.

Eugene Gurkin had always wanted to open his own bar, yet never had the money to do it. After one of his co-workers dies, Eugene comes up with the idea to rob a famous celebrity's apartment after seeing how the rich and famous live on E! News.

Eugene's plan gets more complicated when the Knights realize they also need a five-digit security code to gain access to Mick Jagger's apartment. In hope of gaining access to the code, the Knights must rely on Louis to seduce Simone Cashwell, the head of Mick Jagger's security company.

As Esperanza deals with her loud, obnoxious, and confrontational customer, the Knights go out with an happy drunk who lives to have his photograph taken with celebrities.

The Knights try to find their way inside Mick Jagger's security company. Rockefeller has an interview for a position with Burton Security and the Knights attempt to get Rockefeller a fake ID.

Eugene is persuaded by the other Knights to date Ralph, a Burton Security Guard, an alpha-male who hides his homosexuality extremely well, and to seduce Ralph into revealing information about Mick Jagger.

For their plan, The Knights of Prosperity have to use Gary's family, but his ex-wife hasn't seen him in more than 15 years and is not happy to see him now, and he had never connected with his son.

Esperanza's former boyfriend tracks her down and arrives to claim his property and return with her to Colombia.

When Rockefeller finds out there won't be any security for Mick Jagger's apartment over the weekend, the Knights are finally able to get inside. But their fun doesn't last when they find out they can't leave the apartment and they find themselves locked up in Mick's panic room.

Now that the Mick Jagger scheme is over, the Knights must find a new celebrity target. Eugene poses as a famous architect so they can become acquainted with Kelly Ripa, but the new plan goes awry when he falls in love with her.

The Knights want to rent the expensive apartment next to their new target. To get the $1.5 million dollar ring, the Knights must find some money, so they decide to Kidnap Louis and hope his wealthy father will pay ransom to save him. But the plan isn't working as they planned.

Upon hearing comedian Ray Romano is in possession of an expensive diamond ring, the Knights plot to steal his safe.

The Knights of Prosperity hire an ex-con to help them open Ray Romano's safe and get the diamond ring out.

Eugene suggests that they try to embezzle the money from Ray Romano's film company, so the first step is to get Louis a job there by helping him make a movie.
