Overview
This is the story of two cousins-sisters, Cecilia and Carolina. Both women are at odds, as they are both in love with the same man: Ricardo Montero, a young man who looks for mines to get rich. Soon Carolina manages to establish a relationship with Ricardo; However, he ends up murdering him after an argument and decides to manipulate the crime scene, so that everyone believes that José committed suicide. Guillermo, a cousin of Ricardo, arrives in the city when he finds out what happened. Ignoring people's rumors, Guillermo mistakenly believes that Cecilia is responsible for Ricardo's death, so he sets out to take revenge on her. To do this, he decides to conquer her and then marry her, make her life hell and finally kill her.
