"Female Soldiers Walking Out of Gunsmoke" is adapted from the novel "The Goddess Walking Out of Gunsmoke". The play tells the story of 1948, in the land of Guanzhong filled with gunpowder smoke. In the criss-crossed battlefield situation, Chen Daman, the female battalion commander of the Tiger Battalion, was ordered to escort a team of pregnant women from our army to the emergency relocation. Dozens of pregnant female soldiers were on their way to an urgent transfer to the rear away from the main force. Unfortunately, they entered the depths of the enemy and were trapped and surrounded by dangers. In order to obtain intelligence, the enemy army pressed hard on this special women's army and pursued them relentlessly. Chen Daman and her sisters were unyielding and skillfully dealt with the enemy in ravines, mountain streams, in front of and behind villages, and among trees in streets and lanes. With fearless courage and wisdom, they broke through the encirclement and interception of enemy troops and bandits. They overcame many difficulties in a dangerous environment and finally walked out of the smoke of war and returned to the team victoriously. In the pregnant team, the heroine Chen Daman met legendary women one after another. Among them are Empress Wu and Sister Binggu who were engaged in the women's movement in their early years; Liu Xueming, a rich girl who gave up her material life to join the revolution; Wang Meizi, who was full of revolutionary enthusiasm but had to bear the humiliation of her husband's betrayal of the revolution;
