Overview
The online drama "Good Men of the Tang Dynasty" is adapted from Duo Ban's online novel of the same name. The novel was published in 2008; the online drama was written by Sha Feng, directed by Sun Kaikai, and produced by LeTV. The story tells the story of a modern white-collar prince, Hao, who travels back to the Yonghui period of the Tang Dynasty due to a car accident and becomes a young nobleman of a declining aristocracy, accompanied by a wife, a concubine and two beauties. The play focuses on the life of a time traveler, Wang Zihao, in the Tang Dynasty. Wang Zihao is timid, greedy for money, and does not stand firm when he sees beautiful women. He loves making money to coax women. With knowledge that surpassed the society of that time for more than a thousand years, he prospered in the ancient Tang Dynasty, rising from baron to marquis. Promotion is not what he wants, his ideal is to get rich and pick up girls and become a rich man. He is proud of his wealth, his family status, his prosperous connections, and his country's stability, well-being, and prosperity. The modern diaosi clerk has become a gorgeous transformation of the tall, handsome, rich and good man in ancient times.
