Overview
"Flowers Blooming Along the Road" is a drama about rural construction, anti-corruption and gangsterism, co-directed by Ma Lujian and Wang Jun, starring Wang Ban, Cao Ying, Chen Chuang, Qin Weidong and others. The play tells the story of Zheng Lu, a military cadre who chose his own career. He returned to his hometown to fight unremittingly against evil forces such as village bullies and profiteers. He firmly believed that clear waters and lush mountains are golden mountains, and relied on the natural resources of his hometown to lead the villagers out of poverty and become rich.
