The story unfolds from the legend of Emperor Qianlong's Han life, and focuses on the blood and tears of the heroes of the Red Flower Congregation who fought against the Qing Dynasty and restored the Ming Dynasty. During the Qianlong period of the Qing Dynasty, the chief helmsman of the Honghua Club, a martial arts gang in the south of the Yangtze River, broke into the Forbidden Palace at Wanting Night and revealed that Qianlong was a Han. He was murdered by Qing soldiers and ordered his young adopted son Chen Jialuo to take over as the chief helmsman. But at first, because Chen Jialuo's personality was too playful, the heads of the Red Flower Congregation tried their best to deal with it. Only the fourth leader, Wen Tailai, could understand that there must be a reason for what Chen Jialuo did, so he defended it with all his strength. When Chen Jialuo took over, he saw Yu Wanting's suicide note and knew that Qianlong might be of Han descent related to him. Fulfilling his mission, he led the righteous men of the Red Flower Congregation to engage in a series of confrontations and dealings with Qianlong. After countless twists and turns, he was finally able to persuade Qianlong to make a plan to drive out the Qing Dynasty and restore the Ming Dynasty. However, under the conspiracy of Prince He and the Queen Mother to usurp power, and under the influence of the "Eight Great Edicts", Qianlong felt more deeply the importance of retaining the throne. The contradictions and conflicts eventually triggered a major showdown between the Qing court and the Red Flower Club... Will Qianlong let Chen Jialuo go? Can Chen Jialuo lead the Red Flower Society to overthrow the Manchu Qing? Will the brotherhood between the two change?
