Overview
Xu Jiafu's father devoted himself to the operation of the paper mill. The village became rich, but his family fell apart. As an adult, Xu Jiafu personally demolished his father's paper mill in order to reunite his parents and return the green waters and mountains to his hometown. After becoming the secretary of Xu's Datang Village, he was determined to lead the villagers to open up a road to rural revitalization. After experiencing "catastrophes" such as the scam of the new agricultural tourism project and the disease in the pig farm, Xu Jiafu, who was confused and helpless, regained his confidence under the guidance and encouragement of the street secretary Zheng Benkun, and turned the mess into hotspots: unmanned homestays, healthy confinement centers, smart pig farms, unmanned vegetable factories, and digital rural experimental areas.
