Overview
This drama is adapted from the novel of the same name written by Liu Pengyue. It is based on the background of Guo Songling, a soldier in the Northeast Army before the "September 18th" incident. It shows the Japanese militarism's aggressive behavior of coveting and swallowing up Manchuria and the Far East. In order to realize the evil "Ishihara Plan", the Japanese government and military occupied Manchuria and other large areas of our country by force, redefined its national borders with guns and warships, and supported and used the warlord Zhang Zuolin for a long time. At first, they supported him to quell Guo Songling's mutiny. Then when he saw that he would not listen to his orders, he created the "Huanggutun Incident" and bombed him to death.
