"Shining Saber/Thirteen Provinces" describes a true and unknown secret history of the Anti-Japanese War, which was revealed after being sealed for 60 years. Our story comes from this... In the autumn of 1937, Geng Dianjun, the commander of the 12th Regiment of the Anti-Alliance Army, who frightened the Japanese army, mysteriously disappeared overnight. Soon, a group of bandits reporting the number "Thirteen Provinces" suddenly appeared in the Zhaoyuan area of Harbin, the heartland of the Japanese army. They are thirteen men and a woman with big feet. No one knows their origins or what they want to do. This was exactly what Li Zhaolin, the commander of the three armed forces, secretly agreed with Geng Dianjun when facing a crisis. He used the trick of "fighting only the Anti-Alliance, not the bandits" proposed by Masao Watanabe, the director of the Kwantung Army Police Department, to select twelve anti-Alliance fighters with unique skills from the three armies to pretend to be bandits to fight against Japan, and registered themselves as "Thirteen Provinces". The word "province" means "enlightenment and enlightenment". Geng Dianjun led thirteen provinces to sneak into the Zhaoyuan area. They dealt with the Japanese traitors and bandits openly, but secretly launched a life-and-death struggle with them. They seized grain depots, bombed airports, staged ambushes, and acted elusively day and night. They increased their strength, from covert fighting to open warfare. A brave anti-Japanese armed force caused earth-shaking turmoil in the gathering place of the Japanese Kwantung Army, leaving the Japanese in despair. In the spring of 1941, Geng Dianjun led various ministries from thirteen provinces to design and annihilate Masao Watanabe and his troops in the Baijiafen area. Thirteen provinces successfully completed their mission, and finally all died heroically. But no one erected monuments for them, no one recognized them as martyrs, and they were even called bandits and traitors. As time goes by, they are gradually forgotten in people's memories...
