Overview
Xia Zhongwen (played by Tam Yaowen) and his wife Zhang Xiangqing (played by Pan Yijun) have a very good relationship. They have two lovely daughters, Xia Bing (played by Sun Li) and Xia Xue (played by Guan Ying), and they live a very happy life. However, with the passage of time, personality differences and difficulties in life caused discord between Zhongwen and Xiang Qing. When love could no longer heal the scars, divorce became the only and final way out. Xia Bing followed her father Zhongwen, while Xia Xue lived with her mother Xiang Qing. In this way, the two little sisters were separated. After the divorce, Xiang Qing took Xia Xue to Taitung. Here, Xiang Qing found a man she could trust for life, and the lives of mother and daughter finally settled. However, what Xia Bing faced was a completely different kind of life. Zhongwen's career failed miserably and he was in jail. The burden of the entire family was concentrated on Xia Bing's shoulders. Finally, at the age of 25, Xia Bing and Xia Xue reunited. However, this long-lost reunion did not bring the happiness they imagined.
