Overview
The story begins in the parking area of the international airport. Some young people get out of the cars, they spent the night at the disco and to top off the night they all went to the airport to receive Laura (Verónica Castro) who is coming from the United States and the family, instead of going to receive her, are all in the room. Laura is happy to see her friends and sad not to see her family, even more so when she received a telegram telling her to return immediately for very important matters. When Laura arrives at the hacienda, her father, mother, brother, aunt Milú (Niní Gambier) and her lady-in-waiting (Liria Marín) are waiting for her there. His mother explains to him the difficult economic situation that the family has and that the only solution is a marriage. Laura, almost with a syncope, tells them that they believe they are in middle age.
