Overview
Mankeli is a Finnish sketch entertainment series produced in 2000-2001 by a group known from Kummel. Mankel's sketches were largely different from Kummel's sketches, but the series also had common sketch characters, including Mauno Ahonen ("Famous final words", Silvennoinen) and the host Eero Kakko (Keskinen). Like Kummel's fifth season, that series also had a studio audience. In every episode of Mankel, there was a competition, for example a dance competition or a beauty pageant, which was won every time by a contestant played by Heikki Silvennoinen, even though he was clearly the worst. In the episodes of the first production season, the contestant who won every time asked if he would get his prize in money. In addition, there was always a singing guest who the presenter Olli Keskinen did not want to let perform sometimes under any pretext.
