Overview
Conducting private journalistic investigations, the famous blogger Alexei Govorkov periodically covers in his publications the illegal actions of police officers and the arbitrariness of corrupt officials. Alexey posts the results of his work under the nickname Caesar on his blog. After another case of police brutality, law enforcement agencies decide to include a blogger in one of the task forces as an observer. Govorkov is allowed to take part in operational actions and see the work of the police from the inside. But the illusion of a free investigation quickly passes, and the journalist begins to understand that all this was done nominally, only as a cover. The group is given simple tasks that should divert Caesar's attention from more serious incidents. The conflict between the journalist and the task force is growing. The difficult situation is aggravated by the fact that one of the operatives begins to suspect Govorkov of involvement in a series of serious crimes.
