Overview
A slapstick robot in a town produced by Tohokushinsha and Sunrise (then Nippon Sunrise), who collaborated on ``Yusha Raideen.'' The producer was Yasuo Shibue, who later worked on the first Gundam series. An American uncle sent a plastic model of a robot to elementary school student Masao, also known as Ma-chan. Ma-chan builds this assembly-type robot together with Mr. Nobel, an inventor in town, but somehow the robot turns out to be Beaton, a robot with his own will. Beaton, who loves food more than anything, shows great success in dealing with the middle-aged brats who are old enough to play with children. Yoshikazu Yasuhiko also participated in the character design of this work. The sexy robot Nen-nen, who appears in the middle of the story, has been a hot topic.
