Overview
A multinational pharmaceutical company, "Ge'an Company", cooperated with a domestic coastal city to build a large-scale bioengineering base. Xu Qian, president of Xihai Hospital, felt that Ge'an was engaged in some kind of illegal drug experiment in the liver disease medical center affiliated to the hospital, but the organization of the other party was extremely strict and there was no trace of illegal activities. Xu Qian also discovered that Ge'an's people also intended to steal a major scientific research result ("Black Tulip" virus research) that his mentor, Ling Zhiyuan, director of the Liver Disease Center, which is renowned in the world's epidemiological field, was secretly researching.
