Overview
The play tells the story of a maritime search and rescue team. Fang Tianxing's father and current base director Du Hongbing were once brothers of divers and colleagues in the rescue bureau. That year, during a rescue operation, Fang Tianxing's father gave up his diving equipment to the rescued, but he died in an underwater explosion. Later, the grieving mother was also mentally and physically exhausted and left with her father. When Fang Tianxing grew up, he became his father's successor and became the captain of the flight rescue team. Together with diver Zhong Yimin and other young people, under the leadership of Du Hongbing, an old captain, he successfully completed various thrilling rescue missions. He used his life to interpret touching stories. He personally experienced the rescuers' courage to sacrifice their lives at critical moments without hesitation. He deeply understood the value and significance of individuals and teams, and saw the courage and responsibility to defend honor with their lives.
