Overview
Su Jin (played by Tong Liya) is a standard Beijing drifter girl. In Beijing, she met a Beijing boy named Zhang Heming (played by Li Naiwen). Sincere feelings developed between the two and they stayed together for many years. Su Jin and Zhang Heming both regarded each other as candidates who were destined to enter the marriage hall. However, Zhang Heming's mother did not think so. This picky Beijing mother-in-law always couldn't stand Su Jin's outsider status and was extremely strict with her. In the end, she could not overcome her son's persistence and determination, and the marriage was finally settled.
