A collapsed woman, wearing white clothes, is found at a park in the early morning hours. The woman introduces herself as Byakuya. Except for her name, she doesn't remember anything else about herself. She doesn't know general stuff either, but she holds extensive medical knowledge and has a genius-like diagnostic ability. With just the smallest amount of information, she is able to diagnose any disease. She begins to work with a diagnosis team at a hospital. .

Medical journalist Masaki Karioka (Yu Emoto) finds a woman (Minami Hamabe) collapsed in a park one morning during his daily routine. The woman with clear skin and fair features wore only a white coat on her bare skin. When he seeks help from his childhood friend Maria Takamori (Miori Takimoto), an internist, and takes him to the hospital, the woman wakes up and calls herself ``Byakuya'', and without looking at the test results, she figures out the reason for Masaki's illness and points out that the surgical diagnosis for the emergency case is a ``misdiagnosis.'' He spoke like a medical professional, but despite his amazing medical knowledge, Byakuya had lost all other memories. The presence of the mysterious Byakuya also catches the eye of Jin Makabe (Shinya Kote), the head of the surgery department who is plotting the downfall of Iwao Takamori (Koji Ishizaka), Maria's father and director. Masaki asks his friend Junpei Okumura (Toshiya Miyata), a detective, to investigate Byakuya's background, and takes Byakuya back home for the time being, as he has nowhere to go. Her younger sister, Haruya (Sae Okazaki), who lost her parents in an accident and now lives with Masaki, welcomes Byakuya, who has lost his memory and lacks even common sense, and does his best to take care of him. The next day, while out shopping, Byakuya shows interest in everything he sees, but suddenly sees someone whose health suddenly changes. Byakuya takes a surprising action towards the doctors at Takamori General Hospital!

Byakuya (Minami Hamabe) is rescued by Masaki (Tasuku Emoto) in the park, and saves Haruya's (Sae Okazaki) life by correcting his misdiagnosis of a ruptured brain aneurysm. While her true identity is still shrouded in mystery, Iwao (Koji Ishizaka) gathers the best from each department in the hospital and launches a comprehensive diagnostic consultation team specializing in diagnosis, commonly known as CDT. Maria (Miori Takimoto) is chosen as the team leader, Byakuya is also chosen as a member of the team due to his high diagnostic ability, and Masaki is appointed to support Byakuya. However, even though the department is under the supervision of the director, the only member who comes forward is psychiatrist Kosuke Nishijima (Hitoshi Katagiri). Nishijima advises Maria, who is suffering from a staff shortage, to scout Natsuki Takumi (Katsuji Ryo), a dermatologist who was once a skilled surgeon, but while Natsuki is talented, she has a lot of pride, prioritizes efficiency in her examinations, and is a bit of a quirky person. Natsuki was worried about the swelling in his leg and was examining Kenya Muraki, who came to the hospital with his fiancé. When Natsuki sees the symptoms, he immediately diagnoses it as a bacterial infection, but Byakuya, who is concerned about Muraki's behavior, interrogates him and points out that it is a misdiagnosis. Natsuki is pointed out by Byakuya, who is not even a doctor...

Just as the members are finally assembled and CDT begins to move forward, Yuma Okamoto (Ritsuto Morishima), who had been admitted to the pediatric ward for examination, collapses in front of Byakuya (Minami Hamabe) and Maria (Miori Takimoto). Yuma fell off playground equipment at a park the day before and hit his head, but tests revealed no brain abnormalities and he was scheduled to be discharged from the hospital. The members of the CDT immediately gather together and try to find out the cause of Yuma's collapse, but Yuuma has a difficult personality and is unable to answer questions. However, he is the only one who opens his heart to Byakuya... Meanwhile, a woman comes to the hospital claiming to be Byakuya's guardian. Seeing a woman happy to be reunited with Byakuya, who had been missing for a long time, both Maria and Masaki (Tasuku Emoto) are relieved to discover Byakuya's identity, but Byakuya surprises those around him by showing an unexpected reaction after tracing his own memories.

With the help of an article written by journalist Masaki (Yu Emoto), CDT's reputation within the hospital gradually increases. However, she still cannot gain the trust of the surgical team led by Makabe (Shinya Kote), and Maria (Miori Takimoto) is searching for a breakthrough. Also, Makabe, who is aiming for the director's position, meets businessman Kunio Kaieda (Ryo Ishibashi) at a restaurant. Meanwhile, Sakuma (Fumiya Takahashi), a trainee doctor who was noticed by Sendo (Tsumi Takahashi) and assigned to the surgery department, reunites with his high school teacher Taizo Toba (Jun Hashizume). Toba, who is preparing for a competition as an advisor to the choir, has been diagnosed with a liver hemangioma and is scheduled to undergo surgery to remove the tumor with Makabe's surgery. However, Makabe diagnoses Toba's tumor as benign, but Byakuya (Minami Hamabe) points out that it was a misdiagnosis due to insufficient testing. Maria also advises him to take another test and reconsider the diagnosis, but Makabe, who treats CDT as a nuisance, doesn't listen. Sakuma feels a little uneasy at this situation, but Toba's surgery goes on as planned... Meanwhile, Masaki is warned by the missing Courage (Katsuya Maikuma) that his own life will be in danger if he pries into Byakuya, but he still searches for the identity of the person who tried to take Byakuya away with the help of Junpei (Toshiya Miyata).

Gravure model Kanna Hibiya (Ayame Misaki) suddenly falls into a state of confusion during a photo shoot and faints. He was taken to Takamori General Hospital. Upon receiving the request for cooperation, the CDT immediately begins diagnostic discussions to try to elucidate the mysterious symptoms, but just as they are about to do so, Makabe (Shinya Kote) announces that the team will be disbanded. In the name of rebuilding the hospital's management, Makabe invites a management consultant specializing in the medical field called JMA. The idea was to utilize the latest AI diagnostic system they had developed to establish a new "general diagnostic department" and eliminate CDT. Byakuya (Minami Hamabe) is excited about AI's diagnostic ability, but Sendo (Tsumi Takahashi) and Maria (Miori Takimoto) are adamantly opposed to systematic diagnosis. Makabe then proposes a diagnostic showdown between CDT and JMA, with both teams diagnosing Kanna respectively. After a while, a secret from Kanna's work comes to light, and CDT and JMA both diagnose a certain disease, but Byakuya, who is not convinced, comes to a surprising conclusion! Meanwhile, when Yuuki (Katsuya Maikuma) is wanted on suspicion of embezzlement, Masaki (Tasuku Emoto) suspects that some great force is at work to bring Byakuya back. Furthermore, they find a certain number in Byakuya's cell phone call history...

Although CDT won the diagnostic showdown with its rival AI diagnostic team, JMA, it is still on the verge of disbandment. If the team were to be disbanded, there would be no place for the members within the hospital, and there would be an uneasy atmosphere within the team. Meanwhile, Natsuki (Ryo Katsuji) is asked by a former colleague who works as a cardiac surgeon at JMA to work together as a surgeon again. At the same time, Byakuya (Minami Hamabe) is also invited to the home of JMA representative Fujishima (Jumpei Yasui) and is offered a transfer to JMA. Masaki (Tasuku Emoto), who was present, tries to find out the truth behind this, but the next moment, Haruta's (Sae Okazaki) screams echo in the hallway, and when he rushes in, he finds that Fujishima's son, Makoto (Aoki Ou), has fallen down the stairs and lost consciousness. Makoto is immediately rushed to the hospital, but when he wakes up, he complains of severe pain in his abdomen instead of the head he had been hit with. As the JMA doctors arrive and rush to make a diagnosis, CDT also begins to discuss the diagnosis, but for some reason Sendo (Tsutomu Takahashi) does not show up, and Natsuki and Nishijima (Hitoshi Katagiri) also argue over the transfer. Meanwhile, Makoto's symptoms worsen to the point where his life is in danger. With no time left to spare, CDT is forced to make the most difficult disease diagnosis since the team's inception!

"I won't live until my next birthday." Masaki (Tasuku Emoto) is speechless at the shocking confession, and Byakuya (Minami Hamabe) begins to tell him, piece by piece, memories from his childhood. Rumors about Byakuya have also reached the ears of Kaieda (Ryo Ishibashi), a top businessman in the economic world who founded JMA. Kaieda proposes a deal to Makabe (Shinya Kote), who has come to ask for funding for the hospital. On the other hand, Maria (Miori Takimoto), who has been away from love for a long time due to her focus on work, accidentally reunites with her ex-lover Hayato Isesaki (Yuki Tokito). At the time of their relationship, Hayato was the worst possible boyfriend, unemployed, harassed, and cheating, but now he has started his own business and is the CEO of an investment company. Maria feels her heart pounding for the first time in a while as she sees her ex-lover rejoicing that their reunion is destiny, but Masaki's feelings for Maria are uneasy, and Byakuya's heart also gets excited when he sees Masaki's behavior. In addition, Hayato, who had visited the hospital complaining of physical discomfort, but was sent to different departments because the cause was unknown, was diagnosed by CDT as having a mental problem. Hayato begins going to the hospital to receive counseling from Nishijima (Jin Katagiri), and eventually confesses to Maria that he wants to try again. However, in the middle of a conversation, he would suddenly become irritated, and then forget about it the next day, and his strange symptoms continued until he developed an arrhythmia and collapsed.

When Byakuya (Minami Hamabe) learns that Iwao (Koji Ishizaka) has terminal scirrhous gastric cancer and has only a short time to live, he spares no time in his sleep to search for a cure. It was Iwao's intention to not provide aggressive treatment and fulfill his duties as director until the end, but Byakuya wanted to save Iwao no matter what, as he had taught her that ``the job of medicine is to do everything in your power to save lives.'' After discovering a certain treatment, Byakuya and Maria (Miori Takimoto) ask Makabe (Shinya Kote), the only person in the hospital who has a chance of success, to perform the surgery. Meanwhile, CDT is consulted by Ema Todo (Yuki Hana), an obstetrician and gynecologist, about the disappearance of a fetus that was supposed to be in a patient's uterus. The possibilities were a spontaneous miscarriage or an ectopic pregnancy, but what was puzzling was that she still had signs of pregnancy. In this situation, the members suspect that it is not pregnancy but cancer, but as a result of the test, an unexpected situation is discovered! On the other hand, when Masaki (Tasuku Emoto) receives a piece of paper from Yuuki (Katsuya Maekuma) with the words "Rh null (rare blood)" written on it, which is a clue to Byakuya's true identity, a certain idea pops into his mind. It is said that there are only a few people in Japan who have "Rh null", and this information is strictly protected by the government. So Masaki visits a certain person...

Businessman Kaieda (Ryo Ishibashi) is targeting Byakuya (Minami Hamabe). Just when Masaki (Tasuku Emoto) becomes convinced that Kaieda is involved in all the truth surrounding Byakuya, Junpei (Toshiya Miyata) is suddenly ordered to transfer, and Haruyou (Sae Okazaki) is about to be kidnapped by someone as well. Byakuya says that he, who started the commotion, will return to the facility in order not to put any more stress on Haruyou, whose tumor is getting worse, and the two get into a fight for the first time. Masaki sees Byakuya and Haruyou clashing with each other in their desire to protect each other, regardless of their own dangers. Unable to suppress his anger at Kaieda who threatens his peaceful daily life, Masaki rides alone to meet Kaieda. Although Kaieda seems to welcome Masaki, he avoids answering the most important questions, while silently restraining Masaki who shows his fangs. Still, Masaki sees a ray of hope in Kaieda's reaction and hurries to contact Junpei. However, Haruyou, who was with Junpei, collapses on the other end of the phone. Haruyou is brought to the hospital, where his brain aneurysm ruptures, and he is in a state where he cannot afford even a moment's grace. After Iwao (Koji Ishizaka), Byakuya is haunted by the fear of losing someone important to him again, and becomes more distraught than ever! ? Who the hell is Byakuya? ? What does Kaieda have to do with her secret? ? Towards the climax where all the truth will be revealed!

Masaki (Tasuku Emoto), who entrusted the life of Haruyou (Sae Okazaki) to Yuki (Katsuya Maekuma), who managed to escape the police encirclement and reach the operating room, decides to confront Kaieda (Ryo Ishibashi) in order to settle the series of troubles that happened to Byakuya (Minami Hamabe) and Yuki. The biggest key to solving the truth is Kaieda's daughter Asae Sawaki, who has the same "Rh null (rare blood)" as Byakuya and suffers from an incurable disease. For the sake of Haruyou and CDT, Masaki embarks on a strategy with Byakuya, who wants to know his true identity. One day, Byakuya suddenly appeared in front of Masaki wearing only a white coat, and with his genius diagnostic ability, he corrected the doctors' misdiagnoses one after another. Why was she born into this world and why did she only have medical knowledge? The reason is finally revealed! Will Haruto, who admires and admires Byakuya more than anyone else, be able to regain his smile again? ? And what will be the future of Byakuya and CDT?
