Overview
"Come on and get in good shape" is a fitness variety show that combines stars and elements, sponsored by the Social Sports Guidance Center of the State Sports General Administration and Migu Company, and jointly produced by Zhejiang Satellite TV, Weibo, and Beiwen Media. Liu Genghong serves as the head coach, and Zhang Shaogang, Selina (Ren Jiaxuan), and Zhang Yijie serve as experience stars. The program team pairs fitness stars with personal trainers to achieve body transformation through scientific and effective fitness methods, create healthy beauty, convey a positive and challenging spirit of striving to break through themselves, help the public establish a healthy life philosophy, cultivate good exercise habits, and popularize fitness to more people.
