"Desert Gunslinger" is a remake of the first part of the Yan Shuangying series "Hero". It tells the story of Yan Shuangying, a young man with a blood feud, who alone challenges the remnants of Japanese puppets, bandit bullies and other evil forces entrenched in the desert. After hundreds of battles and dangers, he finally becomes the legendary hero of the desert. Facing the death of relatives, friends and innocent people one by one, Yan Shuangying resolutely cooperated with the People's Liberation Army, and finally embarked on the road of revolution and became a true hero.
