Overview
During the Republic of China, warlords fought and bandits were rampant. Lin Dingbang, a son of a wealthy family, investigates the truth about the destruction of his family and discovers that it was the father of his childhood friend Ma Haotian who colluded with bandits. In order to take revenge, Lin Dingbang completely broke with Ma Haotian. When we met again many years later, Ma Haotian was already the chief of Fengtian Police Station, and Lin Dingbang had secretly joined the Communist Party of China and was one of the leaders of the Manchuria Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China. On September 18, 1931, the Japanese army invaded China and the three eastern provinces fell. Ma Haotian betrayed the enemy and stood against the country and the people. Faced with national hatred and family feud, Lin Dingbang, under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, pulled up an anti-Japanese armed force and launched a long and arduous struggle with Ma Haotian. The two were tit for tat, fighting openly and secretly. Between the white mountains and the black waters, in the baptism of blood and tears, Lin Dingbang gradually grew from a well-clothed and well-fed boy from a wealthy family to a great proletarian revolutionary fighter. In August 1945, the Northeast was restored, Lin Dingbang and his comrades finally ushered in the dawn, and Ma Haotian was also judged by the people.
