In the 1920s, the political situation in Guangzhou City was turbulent, with various powerful forces seeking hegemony. Lin Fengping, the leader of Guanglong Hall, died unexpectedly, leaving all the gangs without a leader. The powerful Sanshan Hui, Hongsheng Hall and other gangs were eyeing them. A bloody storm could break out at any time. Jincheng, a foreign youth, endured the humiliation and shouldered the burden.
