Leonardo Pérez (Diego Cadavid), an alcoholic and failed Colombian writer who is based in Mexico, one day receives a call from a mysterious woman announcing that his brother Daniel Uribe (Sebastián Martinez), a young and promising surgeon, committed suicide and that he must return to the country to bury him. After the funeral, Leonardo discovers two things that will force him to stay: the first, that the mysterious woman is none other than Andrea Laverde (Carolina Ramírez), Daniel's girlfriend, a beautiful and talented plastic artist. The second, that Daniel did not commit suicide but was killed. Leonardo and Andrea will take on the task of finding the murderer. Along the way, they will not only discover Daniel's links with a human organ trafficking network, which will take them in unexpected directions; but that love will be born between them, a love that will change their lives forever.
