U Peng, the big drug lord in Myanmar, cunningly and deceitfully used false intelligence, false targets, remote-controlled car bombing and other cruel means to kill our undercover "Shan Ying", blow up our anti-narcotics policemen, and land 100 kilograms of heroin in our country, and tried to transport it to the United States through the Chinese channel. The Yunnan side suffered a serious setback, and another clue investigated by the Fujian side was forced to let the surveillance subject leave the country due to insufficient evidence. At this point, the "May 17th" major case, coordinated and commanded by Director Sha Hai of the Narcotics Control Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, has fallen into a very difficult situation. At a time when they were at a loss what to do, the Shanghai authorities discovered an important clue. The Shanghai police discovered at the Hongqiao Airport cargo office that drug criminals had concealed drugs in the bellies of koi fish to disguise the cargo and shipped it to the United States. The drugs transported were part of the heroin that landed in Yunnan. Clues lost in Yunnan and Fujian were found again in Shanghai. The case is serious and urgent! Sha Hai immediately flew to Shanghai, where he established a "Koi Fish Case" command center composed of Yunnan Ma Tiancheng, Fujian Xing Hao, and Shanghai Du Weimin.
