Overview
The protagonist, Dafne, is a young writer who works for a magazine in Milan. Although she writes about books, she feels different from others because of her virginity. She lives with a roommate looking for the perfect boyfriend. Dafne is a shy nerd passionate about comics and video games, and feels out of place in the modern editorial office of the magazine. Her life changes when the director announces cuts to the less popular columns and her mother stops sending her the monthly magazine. During a masquerade party, Dafne swaps her costume with a mysterious woman, unknowingly becoming the protagonist of a viral video. The director offers her the role of sex columnist. Dafne accepts, despite still being a virgin, and begins a journey into the world of sex, perhaps even finding love.
