Overview
The movie "Donkey Climbs a Tree" tells the story of the first secretary's poverty alleviation in the village, showing a breakthrough in the healthy economic and social development of our country and the construction of a new socialist countryside. "The Donkey Climbs the Tree" mainly tells the touching story of a series of conflicts, contradictions and collisions experienced by First Secretary Lin Dawei during his two-year term, and how he used sincerity, wisdom and responsibility to lead the party members and masses of impoverished mountain villages to work together to strengthen the village and enrich the people. In order to truly create a three-dimensional, simple and flesh-and-blood character, the script of the film was carefully created by screenwriter Zang Wenjiang, the planner of Shanying, who specially lived in the village and experienced it. It was based on many real cases of the first secretary.
