The story takes place in 945 AD. Special envoy Pang Cunyi went to the Central Plains countries to negotiate peace, and then returned to Changle Mansion to conduct the Fujian Sacrifice Hall. Unexpectedly, assassins from the Southern Tang Dynasty took the opportunity to sneak into Changle Mansion and started killing people. Overnight, the country of Fujian was destroyed.
