Overview
The dramatic life of five young people born and raised in one of the poorest Roman villages who live badly, pilfering and getting by as best they can. Theirs is an escalation in violence, parallel to that in the underworld. Little by little they decide to make the leap in quality: from small thefts to large robberies. They enter the big circle of the underworld and begin to frequent the world of racetracks and clandestine betting. They eventually become rich and feared, but the price they will have to pay for their wrong choices will be very high.
