The plane on which Dr. Shim, a doctor in robotics engineering, and his family were traveling crashed after being attacked by an unidentified person, and only Dr. Shim's son Hyeong-rae (played by Esperman: Shim Hyeong-rae), who has superpowers, survived. Dr. Shim's friend, Dr. Hyun, takes charge of Hyeong-rae and raises him as if he were his own children, along with his daughters Bomi and Nami. Hyeong-rae, who went camping with his classmates during summer vacation, receives the ability to transform into a psychic Esper Man at the alien C-Men's hideout. Meanwhile, when Dr. Hyun completes the robot Thinga, space criminals attack him, demanding that he hand it over to them, but Hyung-rae transforms, defeats them, and even discovers the enemy's base. Bomi, Woong-cheol, and Hyung-rae go to the enemy camp as special forces and engage in a fierce battle. The enemy's robot Neo King is blown up by Thinga, and Hyung-rae destroys Seagen's hideout with his Super Sky.
