Overview
In order to honor a bet between friends, the upholsterer Peppe Ricciarelli (Maurizio Mattioli), a Roma fan, must call a television program and praise AC Milan. This causes a fight during which Peppe is arrested. In prison he meets the criminal "er Pantera" (Pippo Franco) who, before dying, reveals to him how to access a bank vault.
