Overview
Fabio (unemployed and no longer so young) is obsessed with only one thing: waste. After spending months helplessly reporting illegal waste dumping in his area, he gets an idea. He pretends to be a journalist sent by the famous television program La Talpa. Together with a crew, he pretends to record television reports in the neighborhood to highlight the problem, thus becoming a hero to outraged residents. In a city where everything seems blocked, is a revolution possible?
