Overview
In the 1990s, the border of Yunnan. The "Ghost Sacrifice Festival" attracted a large number of ethnic minority compatriots to gather together. Female police officer Xiaojuan (played by Wang Qi) was dealing with drug dealer Wang Deshan (played by Yang Heping) and his wife. Undercover Tiefeng (played by Shen Junyi) took the opportunity to capture the drug-trafficking couple. During a sudden trial, the king's wife Arqiong (played by Wang Ni) was killed by a killer. Tiefeng escorted Wang Deshan to the delivery location, but was ambushed by a submachine gun.
