The Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's First Investigative Division Tracking Investigation Section is a department that additionally investigates unsolved cases from its own perspective and leads to solutions. We are currently pursuing two cases. One is a stabbing incident that occurred in Shinjuku on a holiday, which Daiki Okita (Kenichi Endo), who believes in "earning money with your feet," pursues. An indiscriminate murder has occurred, but the person they are looking for is the person who stabbed the culprit from behind. In society, some people treat him as a hero because he stopped an indiscriminate criminal. The other is a robbery and injury incident at a precious metals store that occurred in Aoyama late at night, pursued by the intelligent Yamato Nishikawa (Katsunori Takahashi). A group of five masked men broke in and stole a luxury watch. The culprits on the run are seen as a group of professionals, but Nishikawa seems to be an amateur in some places... The two cases pursued by two contrasting and conflicting contemporaries are difficult to investigate due to lack of useful information. Moreover, he is treated as a nuisance by the forced criminals, and his only collaborator is Sayaka Mitsui (First Summer Uika). Even under such circumstances, as he works hard to obtain new information, the two cases eventually intertwine in an unexpected way.
